BUYER SUPPLIES:

• Stage, at least 30’ x 30’, in front of seating area; Show Room must have at least a 15’ ceiling height

• Sound system, with 2 CD players and 3 wireless hand-held mics & stands, and 2 stage monitors
• Video system, with large video screen and video projector and VCR and DVD player; and a monitor for tech’s viewing use.
• One sound tech and one video tech (both must have capability to monitor their duties off-stage.
• One stage hand (to assist with set-up of show set and props)
• Basic lighting system
• One 12’ high dark-colored backdrop that covers the entire length of the back portion of the stage
• Three folding chairs or stools (to be used as stage props) and one armless chair (no wheels).
• Three 8’ long tables and one 3’ – 4’ round table; all tables skirted in black fabric.
• One drawing drum, sufficient to hold enough tickets for audience members (1 ticket per person)
• Two additional drawing drums, if group audience prizes are to be incorporated into the Live Shows.
• Drawing tickets (stub variety/3 colors), and ushers to hand out these tickets at audience entrance(s).
• Stage decorations (fake palm trees, rental props to dress up the stage, etc.)
