  REQUIREMENTS
 
SHOW DESCRIPTION:  

Give your patrons a behind the scenes look at a real Canadian Treasure! The Hockey Canada FanFest – All Access Tour is hitting the road bringing the excitement and history of this true jewel of sports. This interactive festival of hockey will be engaging, entertaining, and fun for all ages. A “one of a kind” event that will include historical exhibits, interactive events and a wide variety of entertainment programming…A first class environment that will create a lasting impression for hockey fans and the entire family as they celebrate their Canadian Heritage.

NUMBER OF ROOMS:
6 hotel rooms for 5 days prior and through the duration and 3 days after the event
 
      

SHOW SUPPLIES:

• The Ultimate Hockey Experience
• 5 Authentic Interactive Hockey Skill Challenges- 3 Pay 4 Play Shooting Ranges (Live Goalies!!) 1 Accuracy Challenge Rink (P4P), One Hardest Shot, One Obstacle Course Challenge (against the clock)
• Prizes for meeting certain challenges
• Exhibits – History of Hockey Canada Display (Olympic Hockey, Women in Hockey, Greatest Moments, Legends of the Ice, Goalies Display), Hockey Canada Time Line. Jason Woolley to assist in player appearances cannot guarantee well in advance.
Jason Woolley to assist in promotion of the Show (Radio)
• Appearances no longer that 1 hour per play
• Possible Hall Of Fame Trophies TBD at additional costs to the fair.
• $1 million liability insurance
• Personnel to man each interactive area.
• All necessary equipment
• Concert Stage (32 x 28) or smaller (audio assistance)
• Exhibit cases, Lockers
• Truss Entrance with Custom Graphics
• Hockey Canada Merchandise store (size TBD)
• Standard PA system and atmosphere music
• Puck Truss (to fly over event)
• Custom Gobo lights


 

 
BUYER SUPPLIES:

• Parking for 1-2 semi-trucks and 2 vehicles
• 6 people to assist at load-in and load-out (roughly 4-6 hours each)
• Standard forklift with 6’ extended forks (6’ extended forks are required) for load-in (3 days) and load-out (3 days) no operator needed.
• Scissor lift (30 foot lift capabilities)
• 8 separate 110 amp circuits and 1 three phase 220 amp circuits
• Water supply near site if an outdoor event (if indoor event access to water is needed)
• Sponsorship – Each event is permitted to add a title and supporting sponsor to the event. Sponsors to supply signage as their expense (size TBD)
• Sponsors may not be listed as official Hockey Canada partners.
• Bottled Water and Pop for Production crew.
• Golf Shirt or Gift certificate for celebrity who appears at event for 1 hour.
• Staff room- Production Office
• Stage Manager
• Encouragement from Local Youth Hockey Teams to be involved.
• Site Visit (Provide hotel room)
• Phone and Data lines for Merchandise store.
• Camping location close to show site for 2, 40 ft motor homes with water and electric hookups if necessary (this would only be in the case where rooms were not provided by the buyer as an option for the cast to stay in motor homes)


Hockey Canada to supply direct contact for coordinating Area Needed:
• 10,000 square feet, minimum
• The event is designed in components to allow for alternations in the floor plan
• Indoor or outdoor events

 
 
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN:  
3 days to set up; 2 days for tear down   
   
   
COST: $35,000 per week (12% of gross receipts from any pay for play and from the Gift Shop paid to venue)
 
 
 
 
ALL DATES BOOKED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY PRICED DUE TO ROUTING, BORDER COSTS AND TAXES.
