REQUIREMENTS

 
SHOW DESCRIPTION:  

Lady Bug City is an interactive display having thousands of live ladybugs inhabiting a surrealistic city complete with buildings, animated cars, trains, carnival rides, trams, skaters, fountains, plus a Wal-Mart, Goodyear Blimp and a drive-in theatre – many which can be operated by patrons pushing buttons on the outside of the trailer. In addition, a puppet on television speaks giving informative and entertaining facts about lady bugs, as well as close up pictures of lady bugs.

 
SHOW LENGTH:  

Up to 10 hours per day.

 
NUMBER OF ROOMS:

1 hotel room one night prior to the event and the night of the final day of the event (only when not traveling by motor home)

SHOW SUPPLIES:

•  Completely self-contained

•  Sound and lighting

•  Ladybugs are for sale for a $1.00. Ladybugs are placed in a small cardboard box shaped like a school bus and instructions are included on how to care for them.

 
BUYER SUPPLIES:

•  One 20 amp, 100 Volt outlet minimum for daytime, Two 20 amp, 100 volt outlet minimum for night display times.

   
AREA NEEDED: 30' wide by 15' deep by 13' high (when assembled), 12' high clearance when being moved into buildings by the 25' motor home. 9' 8” high clearance (may be less) if moved in by truck or forklift provided by the buyer. Ladybug City must not fact the setting sun if it is open during late afternoon/early evening hours, due to excessive heat and window glare.  
   
SET-UP & TEAR DOWN: 2 hour set up, 1 hour tear-down, placed by motor home or your forklift or vehicle having a class III trailer hitch ball.
