| This is the largest privately owned collection of baseball memorabilia. This exhibit features pay for play interactive as well as educational opportunities that help pay for their event costs. All produced through the use of exciting exhibits and information displays that feature an outstanding collection of baseball artifacts. |

- Homerun Derby (A miniature wiffleball stadium which is a replica of the Wrigley's Field in Chicago),
- Batting Cages
- Speed Pitch
- Little Slugger Zone (This is an area designed for children 5 and under)

| AREA NEEDED: 150' x 50' space minimum, asphalt or concrete surface (preferrably a building, however arrangements can be made to put the exhibit outdoors). Space can be negotiated. Ceiling height of at least 20 feet tall, not necessary but preferred. |

| CONSERVATIVE ESTIMATE ON REVENUES PAID BACK TO THE FAIR PAY FOR PLAY EVENTS: |
Fair to receive 20% of total gross revenues from the "Pay for Play" events and on the merchandise sales.
Pay for Play Breakdown |
| Homerun Derby - $5.00 per person (can put through approximately 30 peiople per hour) |
| Batting Cages - $4.00 per person (can put through approximately 30 people per hour) |
| Speed Pitch - $3.00 per person (can put through approximately 60 people per hour) |
| Little Slugger Zone - $2.00 per person (can put through approximately 100 people per hour) |

GROSS AMOUNTS ARE POTENTIALS ONLY AND WILL BE EFFECTED BY THE FOLLOWING: |
| * Purchaser must include the exhibit in all promotional advertising efforts |
| * Traffic flow to, from and at location must be open and available |
| * Changed prices on the pay for play will effect the gross potential |
| * Allowing patrons to event the exhibit at no charge will increase potential |
