This action packed Kountry K-9 Show has even entertaining folks for the past fifteen years. These doggies have traveled all around the country as well as the world. They have been to such places as Tigar Palace in Frankfurt Germany, Kinta Highland Resort in Maylasia Singapore, Magicland Amusement Park in Bangkok Thailand and Tobu Zoo and Playland in Tokyo Japan as well as Amusement parks, fairs and theaters in the United States.

The Kountry K-9 Show acquires their doggies from animal shelters, abused homes and even a few from the side of the road. Brothers Jim and Pete learned their training skills from their family while growing up in Oslo Norway which is where the name originates from. Once the Kountry K-9 Show acquires their doggies it doesn't take them long (the doggies) to figure out that they don't have it "ruff" any more. Once the Kountry K-9 Show acquire their doggies they find out which ones are natural comedians and which ones are more serious which are trained for the more difficult behaviors. Some of the doggies catch on quickly, while others have to have more one on one training.

Pete says "Some of the doggies learn by watching the other dogs (follow the leader) and some don't. While training the dogs you have to have a lot of love, patience and a whole lot of liver treats!" Pete also says "The hardest part about entertaining with our doggies is having to retire them once they are done performing. When we acquire our doggies they become part of our family, I guess you can call them our kids, they stay with us for six ore seven years and then we "retire" them to good homes. We stay in touch with their new families to make sure their (the doggies) still loving it". Keep an ear up and when you hear that we doggies are in your area come check us out!
