SHOW DESCRIPTION:
A fully
self contained strolling attraction that is a safe, informative
and educational working display which educates and promotes the
benefits of natural stone ground milling of whole grains. Adults
and children can participate in the grinding of the grains as well
as cooking them. Free samples of the cooked grains will be provided
to fair patrons. This attraction can also be placed in a permanent
area and can include the following components: Blacksmith Shop,
Hay Baling and Broom Making Demonstrations.
SHOW
LENGTH:
A maximum of 6 hours per day of Strolling

SUPPLIES:
• AG Truck
• A working cooking display with authentic cast iron skillets.
• Demonstrations and hands on experience with grinding and
cooking of whole grains.
• Crew
• A cook off between fair patrons can be done where they can
grind the grains and cook them. The person with the best tasting
food will win a prize.
• All necessary equipment including stove and pots for cook
off.
BUYER SUPPLIES:
• Parking for 1 semi-truck
• Electric: (2) 110 volts, 30 amps.
• Water hook-up near site (Water and Electric hook-ups are
only needed if it is going to be placed in a permanent area with
the other components)
• 2 round bales of hay (Hay is only needed if the Hay Baling
Demonstration is going to be part of the show. Hay will be baled
in to square bales and will be given back to the venue after last
show)
• 1 hotel room from 1 day prior and through the duration of
the event.
AREA
NEEDED: (The show can stroll most of the time, but
they will need an area of 20’ x 10’ to do the cook off.)
SET-UP
& TEAR-DOWN: 1
hour set-up; 1 hour for tear-down for the AG Truck. The other components
will take and addition 1 to 2 hours to set up.

COST:
$850 per day. The shows price is based on a 1 week minimum and routing
in place.
Hay Baler can be added for and additional $400 per day
Blacksmith Shop, Saddle making and Broom Making Demonstrations are
an additional $350 each per day. $50,000 worth historical American
Saddles on display
(If you are interested in just one of the above components then
the price will be $750 a day based on a week minimum)
