TURTLE VILLE USA REQUIREMENTS

 A unique and educational display of over 50 turtles and tortoises, including many rare and endangered species. The display is set up to replicate the natural habitat these animals come from. Habitats include deserts, forests and ponds. Full educational signs about each species. Enjoy the entertaining pet zone, an opportunity to touch tortoises from around the world.

 
 
 SHOW LENGTH: Turtleville is an all day exhibit
 
 SHOW SUPPLIES:
• Uniformed staff on duty to answer questions and provide interaction with attendees.
• Full color educational sign that tells all about the animals.
• All fencing for crowd control and safety.
• All necessary cages, equipment, full color background, Australian props.
• 50 different turtles and tortoises from around the world.
• Landscape decorations.
 BUYER SUPPLIES:
• Electric and water hook-ups within 100' of show area, 24 hours a day.
• 4 bags of sawdust per day, if needed.
• Dumpster near the show site, emptied daily.
• 1 double hotel room from 1 day prior through the duration of the event and 1 day after.
 
 AREA NEEDED:
 The setup is designed to be very flexible to work with an event on the space they may have available. An estimate of space is as follows: 110' x 50' this includes space for the animal trailer and living quarters for the handlers. (This does not include space for the Bleachers)
 
 SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: 1 day to set up & 1 day to tear down
 
 MILEAGE PER DAY: 700 miles per day
 
 PUBLICITY AND VIDEO A V AILABLE: Yes
 
 REFERENCES AVAILABLE: Yes
 
 COST: $6,000 per week depending on routing and time of year
