SHOW LENGTH: All hours of event… Special arrangements made for press and school outings.
 

BUYER SUPPLIES:

•  Area of 6,000 to 12,000 square footage

•  Ceiling height of 16 ft., 4 inches with molding, without molding 13 ft., 4 inches

•  Hotel Rooms unless otherwise arranged

•  Man-lift and Fork-lift on site at set-up and tear-down

•  Parking and admission passes for staff

•  Minimum of two day set-up and two day tear-down

•  Access to building for unloading and loading a 53' trailer

•  Any desired Pipe and drape

•  Off hour security dedicated to the exhibit area

•  Options to enhance display:

•  Plants and foliage

•  Stanchion for Queuing

•  Outdoor signage

•  Actors (additional $500 per day or $400 plus one hotel)

•  Actors available through Imagination Gallery:

COST:

4-9 day event - $80,000 plus rooms $86 including rooms

10-14 day event - $88,700 plus rooms $96500 including rooms

15-18 day event - $99,500 plus rooms $108400 including rooms

19-22 day event - $106,500 plus rooms $116700 including rooms

Hotel rooms – 4 rooms needed during event, 4 days preceding event and for 3 days after event. Rooms based on $90.00 per day per room.
