One technician and four performers
· All sets, props and costumes

Two people from your staff familiar with the facility to assist in
set up and tear down of the set, props and sound equipment
· A two-wheel cart and four-wheel dolly are needed for load
in and out
· Two 6-8' folding tables, one set on stage and one at the
sound position
· Three 20 amp circuits, two on the stage and one next to the
sound board position (Note The sound board position must be within
30-50' of the front of the stage in an unobstructed position)
· 20' of pipe and drape at least seven feet high The color
does not matter, but black or dark blue is preferred
· Two sets of steps off the stage - one is the back and one
in the front of the stage
· A quality sound system Including 4 wireless lavalier microphones
· Two 30" wooden stools
· Eight 40 lbs sandbags or stage weights
· Safe and secure dressing room area(s) for the performers
with drinking water and bathroom facilities, preferably apart from
the public
· Backstage refreshments for 5 people Including deli tray,
coffee, juice, soda and fresh fruit
· Security of stage and sound position between shows and overnight,
if applicable, is essential |
