SHOW DESCRIPTION: Balloonopolis will create a giant balloon sculpture, approximately 25’ diameter (exact size varies according to the design) during the fair. Attendees will be able to interact with the balloon artists, asking questions and getting information about our work. Final sculpture will be completed for the final weekend of the event.
SHOW LENGTH: Balloonopolis will work on the sculpture each day of the event, actually beginning prior to the event start up until the final weekend.

SHOW SUPPLIES:
- Sculptors(s)
- Balloons
- Structure for sculpture (bases, poles, framing, etc.)
- Inflation equipment
BUYER SUPPLIES:
- Parking as close to the site as possible
- Ladders (8’ and 16’)
- Barrier to keep people completely out of our exhibit area
- Storage space for supplies and equipment, and a closed room for inflation (air compressors are noisy)
- All necessary admission and parking passes.
AREA NEEDED: The exhibit area must be indoors and must have air conditioning which needs to be on 24 hours a day during the entire exhibit period. The floor of the exhibit area must be carpeted or have a similar covering to protect the balloons. Exact size is dependent upon the size of the sculpture but 30’ square (or round) on the inside edge of the barrier is a good estimate. Ceiling height must be 2 feet taller than the required sculpture height and must NOT have anything hanging from or attached to it (hvac units, etc.) over or near the exhibit area.
SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: Set-up will begin 2 days prior to the event and last until 3 days prior to the end of the event (watching the sculpture being created is part of the show and brings people back to see updates). Strike is done in a few hours, 3-4 at most, 2 is most likely.
