SHOW LENGTH: 3; 20–25-minute shows per day depending on the acts provided
SHOW SUPPLIES:
* Equipment, performers, and props
* Colorful Costumes

* Public Liability insurance
BUYER SUPPLIES:
* Onsite Parking for (1) 48’ Cargo trailer
* Air-conditioned dressing room
(1) 30-40-amp electric hook-up for quartz lighting and (4) 110 volt, 30-40 amps electric hook-up for sound equipment
* Seating for audiences
* Crowd control fencing
* 3 hotel rooms, 2 days prior, through the duration of the event plus 1 additional night the day after the event.
* 6-8 K-rails depending on the acts provided
* Aerial Crane or boom lift for set-up & tear-down. Crane/Lift needs to reach 40 feet heights and must be able to lift 2000 pounds.
AREA NEEDED: 60’ frontage x 70’ depth. Space should be clear and level. This space does not include seating.
SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: 4 - 8 hours for set-up depending on amount of equipment; 5 hours for tear-down.
