LIVE SHARK ENCOUNTER SHOW DESCRIPTION

 
SHOW DESCRIPTION:  

This attraction is self contained with its own attractive canopy where patrons can sit in comfort and enjoy the sharks swimming in their specially designed aquarium. The show and exhibit combines education and entertainment all presented in a fun and entertaining format. Additionally included is the Great White Shark museum with educational information on the Great White and a replica of the Carcharodon Megalodon Jaws (an ancient meat eating 60 foot shark). The Great White museum also includes video monitors with educational videos and many more artifacts all about these incredible creatures of the sea.

 
SHOW LENGTH:  
3 shows on weekdays, 4 shows on weekends / 20 minute shows daily. (on display all hours of the event)
      

SHOW CONTENT:

· Diver swimming with Sharks doing natural activity never before seen by the public.
· Audience views Sharks, close up with comedy and interaction.
· Educational information throughout the show and on display on all times.
· Questions and answers.

 
NUMBER OF ROOMS:
2 hotel rooms (only during cold winter dates, otherwise, show brings living quarters).
 
SHOW SUPPLIES:
· Complete beautifully decorated Shark Encounter display
· Trainers available with display all hours of the fair
· Canopy for audience comfort (chairs and bleachers optional at the expense of the event)
· Sound, lighting and all necessary equipment
· Show announcer
· Great White Museum Interactive Exhibit (*will not travel during winter months.)
 
BUYER SUPPLIES:
· Electric hook-up: 240 volts, single phase - 100 amp breaker. For show and house trailer.
· Water hook-up: standard spigot. For show and house trailer.
· Bleachers (optional): Approximately 2 to 3 set of bleachers or 300 chairs can fit under canopy.
· Easy access for 60' trailer and tractor 13.6' high. This access needs to have a straight availability to the performance area as it is very difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.
· $150 per name added as additional insured on insurance policy.


 

AREA NEEDED: 80’ x 50’ (see diagram) for full set-up and minimum of 70’x 50’. Without the Great White Exhibit space needed is 60’x 50’ and 45’x 20’ without the tent and Great White Exhibit. (the smaller space would subtract from the best audience space)

Trade Shows: indoor space of 20’ W x 45-50’ L. Must have easy access for 60’ tractor/trailer, 13.6’ high. (*Great White Exhibit will not be part of show during winter months.)

SET UP AND TEAR DOWN: 4-6 hours set-up; 2 hours tear-down.
