SHOW LENGTH: Flexible programming available depending on venue needs and event format.

Festival / Fair / Theme Park Performances:

• 2–3 performances daily
• Standard performance length: 25–30 minutes per set
• Optional post-show meet & greet/photo opportunity, schedule permitting

For fairs, festivals, and theme parks with multiple daily performances, all showtimes should ideally be scheduled within a consecutive 4-hour performance window to maintain production quality, performer readiness, costume changes, vocal stamina, and audience engagement.

Performance schedules are optimized around peak family attendance hours, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and post-school hours to ensure maximum audience participation and attendance.
Due to the high-energy nature of the production including live vocals, choreography, wigs/costuming, audience interaction, and outdoor environmental conditions extended multi-day engagements may require adjusted scheduling to maintain overall production quality and performer safety.
For engagements exceeding 5 consecutive performance days, a maximum of 2 performances per day is preferred, particularly during high-temperature outdoor events and summer fair seasons.
Headline Concert Experience:

• 1 featured evening performance
• Full concert running time: approximately 60–75 minutes

AREA NEEDED: (Detail the dimensions of the performance space required)

TWINKLE TIME’S Kidz Rock! LIVE™ is highly adaptable and can be scaled for fairs, festivals, theme parks, theaters, schools, and community events of varying sizes.
Preferred performance area for full productions/headline concerts:
• Minimum stage size: 24’ x 16’
• Preferred stage size: 32’ x 24’ or larger for full band, dancers, and interactive audience elements.
For smaller festival/theme park performances, the show can be adapted to smaller stages and performance areas as needed.

Important performance requirements:

• Non-carpeted stage surfaces are strongly preferred for safe dance movement, spins, and choreography.
• Smooth, professional stage flooring recommended to help prevent dance-related injuries.
• Stable performance surface required for high-energy choreography, jumps, and audience interaction.
• On-stage fans are strongly preferred for outdoor performances and high-temperature environments.
Twinkle Time and team are extremely flexible and experienced in adapting productions to a wide variety of venues and stage configurations while maintaining a high-energy concert experience.

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: (State the time needed for setup and teardown)

Set-up and tear-down times vary depending on the scale of the production, venue configuration, and final performance package.
For smaller festival, fair, and theme park performances using tracks and minimal production:
• Typical setup time: approximately 20-25 minutes
• Typical tear-down time: approximately 15–20 minutes

For performances featuring live musicians, additional setup time may be required for instruments, in-ear monitor systems, and sound checks.
On the first day of any multi-day run, an extended sound check is strongly preferred to ensure all audio levels, music tracks, microphones, in-ear monitors, and production elements are properly dialed in. Twinkle Time’s sound engineer/DJ will coordinate directly with the venue’s house audio engineer to optimize playback, transitions, and overall show quality.
For full-scale headline concert productions featuring live band, dancers, lighting, props, and enhanced production elements:
• Load-in/setup time: approximately 1.5 hours
• Sound check: approximately 45–60 minutes
• Tear-down/load-out: approximately 1hour

If multiple acts are sharing the stage throughout the day, Twinkle Time’s team is experienced in quick turnarounds and can move props/equipment on and off stage efficiently, provided there is designated side-stage or backstage storage space available during the run of the event.
Twinkle Time’s sound engineer/DJ must be positioned at Front of House alongside the venue’s house audio engineer during performances and sound checks. This is essential for maintaining proper audio balance, music cueing, track levels, transitions, and overall show quality. Due to the interactive and high-energy nature of the production, direct communication between both engineers is required throughout the performance to ensure the best audience experience.
Production timelines may vary based on venue logistics, technical requirements, weather conditions, and final show configuration.

DAILY MILEAGE TRAVELED: (Note the total miles you will travel in one day between events) ?
Travel between same-day performances should ideally remain within a reasonable regional driving radius and will vary based on routing, traffic conditions, weather, production scale, and performance schedule.
For high-energy live performances, adequate travel, rest, load-in, sound check, and recovery time between shows is essential to maintain production quality and performer safety.

Multiple same-day performances outside a reasonable regional routing area may require overnight accommodations, additional transportation support, adjusted scheduling, or additional performance fees.
Mileage reimbursement and travel accommodations may apply depending on location, routing, and final production package.
