REQUIREMENTS

SHOW DESCRIPTION:  An array of authentic equestrian games. High energy real life battles, vivid, raw ground to horse take downs, and the sheer excitement of a full contact joust. An action packed, Hollywood worthy Tournament, the Dark Knights are truly the heavyweights of medieval warfare.''

SHOW LENGTH: (3) 25-30-minute shows per day with Meet and greet after each show            

SHOW SUPPLIES:  

• MC/Jester, 4 Riders/Knights, Squires, Costumes
• Horses
• Armor
• All necessary jousting equipment and props
• Perimeter fencing
• Sound System
• Score

BUYER SUPPLIES:

• Parking for 1-2 living trailer(s) with electric, water and sewage hook-ups
• 5 horse stalls backed against a solid wall and 1 additional stall for tack, storage, and hay
• Hay – 4-5 bales per day
• Shavings 3 bags per stall to start and one bag for each day in each stall
• 12 Straw bales to build Arena
• Electric: (2) 110 plus for sound system within 150 feet of performance site
• Water within 150 feet of performance site

• Lights if there is an evening show.

• 3 double hotel rooms from 1-day prior through the duration of the event and 1-day after

• All necessary parking and admission passes.

AREA NEEDED:   Preferred space of 130’ wide x 170’ deep but can go down to a minimum space of 80’ wide x 120’ deep - Area must be of natural surface, level and free of stones and debris. (Natural surface being: grass, dirt, sand)

SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN:  Approximately 2 hours for each
