SHOW DESCRIPTION:

ROAR! . . . It’s a DINOSAUR!
Tyrannosaurus Rex is the most famous dinosaur ever! And now Rexie the T-Rex lets you get up-close and personal with a prehistoric legend. You’ll step back in time when you meet this gentle, anatomically perfect, realistic dinosaur puppet which stands over 8’ tall and 12’ long! Everyone loves to make friends and get their picture with Rexie the T-Rex. Rexie creates a thrilling, once-in-a-lifetime, meet and greet that is the perfect family experience. Awe-inspiring and educational, Rexie creates a totally epic encounter from a world long since extinct. Rexie is the biggest thrill in 65 million years! For unimaginable family fun of legendary proportions . . . meet REXIE THE T-REX!

SHOW LENGTH: (3) 30-minute meet & greets with some possible strolling

AREA NEEDED: 24' x 24' area with rope and stanchions.

SHOW SUPPLIES:

• Two walk around performers (puppeteer and handler).
• Props
• Sound
• Transportation

Dressing Room Requirements:

• 1 Private, lockable, air conditioned, dressing room in proximity to the performance area. Minimum floor size needed to change is a 16’ x 10’. Changing area must be handicap accessible, the DINOSAUR cannot transition stairs. Changing area will have a double wide door without a center post, so the DINOSAUR can enter and exit (or at least be 48” wide).
  * 110 volt outlet is required inside of dressing room.

  NOTE: If the event does not have a dressing room as stated above then below are a couple ideas that can be used as an alternative:
  * A self-storage container makes a great dressing room. Just have it set up near the area where the act will be performing with the roll-up door facing away from the pedestrian traffic. (PODS offers an 8’ x 8’ x 16' size that is ideal.)

  OR

  * An area inside one of the exhibit buildings where the act could set up some double walled (two thicknesses) pipe and drape that are provided by event; A corner works good (that way the event can save on drapes since two of the sides would be the hard walls of the building). The dimensions that are needed would be 16' x 8' and set-up close to a large roll-up exit door and in a building that is near where the act will be doing the meet and greet.

BUYER SUPPLIES:

• * 1 double hotel room beginning 1 night prior to event through final day of event.
  * All necessary admission and parking passes.
  * 1 or 2 chaperones / security personnel to help process the crowds wanting family pictures etc.

  NUMBER OF ROOMS: 1 double hotel room beginning 1 night prior to event through final day of event.

MILES CAPABILITIES IN 24 HOUR PERIOD: 500 miles, attraction cannot fly so time must be allowed for driving.

COST: $7000 per week plus hotel room (prices are based on Eastern US venues). Travel costs need to be added for western US and Canada.

Note: The weekly price above is the minimum amount for which the attraction is available.
