REQUIREMENT for the DOME EXHIBIT ( and OPTIONAL "SHOW")

REQUIREMENTS for ROLL-IN (BELOW)

SHOW LENGTH:

Open for the length of the event

SHOW SUPPLIES:

Dome and Exhibit and Performers
Expert staff available for questions on Elvis and James Bond items
Officially Licensed products gift shop. Concession sold with no participation from purchaser

BUYER SUPPLIES:

1-2 hotel rooms 2 days prior to the event, through the duration of the event and 1 day after the event.
All necessary admission passes

FOR MUSEUM ITEMS:

4 able bodied laborers with a fork lift for unloading and set-up for approximately 3 1/2 hours after dome set-up.
4 able bodied laborers with a fork lift for tear-down and loading for approximately 3 1/2 hours after dome tear-down.

FOR 40’ OBLONG DOME:
Power Requirements
·        230v/35amps
·        2 units
·        Backup power supply for one blower, (automatic transfer)

Setup Labor Requirements
· 8 Able-Bodied Laborers
· 8 Hours

Strike Labor Requirements
· 8 Able-Bodied Laborers
· 6 Hours

Sand Ballast, (sandbags)
· 22,000 lbs.

Space Requirements Dome 40
· 42’ Long
· 40’ Wide

NOTE: You need to account for the Egress requirements as well as any required space by code along the side of the building for placement of the dome. Dependent of code we recommend 10 feet along the perimeter of the dome.

FOR 54’ OBLONG DOME:

·        Backup power supply for one blower, (automatic transfer)

The Absolute Hollywood Memphis King Collection Roll-In Exhibit
This roll-in exhibit houses a portion of one of the world’s largest private collections of Elvis memorabilia outside of Graceland. This phenomenal exhibit can be tailored to suit your space and budgetary needs and will contain a mix of famous Elvis vehicles, costumes, jewelry, motorcycles, army gear, movie memorabilia, and personal belongings. Booking this museum for your event represents a very unique opportunity to draw masses of Elvis fans to your event. Fans that have never been able to visit Graceland, fans who have been to Graceland numerous times and would like to see something different or fans that just like to view anything connected with Elvis.

To create an even more spectacular experience, couple the roll-in museum with a show from Big Bear Creek recording artist, Elvis Aaron Presley, Jr. He has received numerous Gold, Platinum and Multi-Platinum Cd’s. His incredible singing voice, naturally reminiscent of "The King", and fine sense of humor has thrilled audiences worldwide. Accompanying him has been some of the U.S.'s best musical conductors including Bobby Morris (Elvis Sr., Barbra Streisand) and Larry White (Kenny Rogers, Wayne Newton and Robert Goulet). He has been represented by several prominent managers over the years, including John Stuart (Creator of Legends in Concert), Don Podolor (Three Dog Night), Milt Suchin (Debbie Reynolds, Phyllis Diller) and a thirteen year association with the late Seymour Heller who was also Liberace's long-time manager and close friend of Colonel Tom Parker
Nothing enhances the iconic Elvis artifacts like a live rendition of the King’s hits 2 times per day for 45 minutes including a detailed description of selected museum items.

AREA NEEDED:
40' L x 20' W, flat level indoor space. If a continuous 40’ L x 20’ W space is not available, two 20’ L x 20’W indoor spaces may be used. If neither of these configurations are available, we will do our best to accommodate your desired space configuration.
Also needed is a dressing area /warm-up area for the performer if a show is chosen for the event. This could be a curtained room approximately 15 x 20 in exhibition area. We will work with you on available areas.
