How does Capitol International Productions work as a buyer's representative?
We work for you, the buyer. Using our network of managers, agencies, artists, promoters, producers and presenters — plus the grounds attractions we represent exclusively — we help you find the right act at the best possible price for your fair, festival, park, or theater.
What regions does Capitol cover?
We book entertainment nationwide, with agents dedicated to specific territories and markets. Fairs, festivals, theme parks, and consumer shows are handled through our Negley, Ohio, and Fort Myers, Florida offices. Theater bookings are handled through our Cleveland, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania offices, while casinos, corporate events, and international bookings are coordinated through our Lincolnshire, Illinois, and Fresno, California offices. What categories of entertainment do you book?

How far in advance should I book?
Popular acts and peak-season dates (especially state and county fair season) book up months in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible once your event dates are set. Contact your agent or use our Get a Quote form to start the conversation.
Do you only book acts from one agency's roster?
No — we're independent. That means we can shop the full market across many agencies to find the right fit for your budget, dates, and audience, rather than being limited to a single house roster.
How do I get a quote?
