NUMBER OF SHOWS PER DAY: (3) 20-30 Minute Show Per Day
SHOW SUPPLIES:
- All necessary animals (Mules, Donkeys & Horses)
- Housing for all animals
- Hands on walk-through museum.
- All necessary equipment, props and wardrobe
- Sound & Music
- Crew
- Show Lighting (Buyer needs to provide ambient lighting)
BUYER SUPPLIES:
- On Site Parking for 4 semi-trucks included in the show dimensions
- 2-4 people to help at load-in and load-out for approximately 2 hours
- Sufficient lighting for the whole area and water hook up near site
- Electric: 50 to 100 amp Power (24 hours per day within 100 ft. of show site)
- Water: (24 hours per day within 100 ft. of show site)
- Dumpster for animal waste at show site
- 5 Bales of good quality horse hay per day including 2 days prior and 2 days after event
- (6) 50lb bags of shaving per day or 1 loose, clean pile (depending on weather, may need more)
- 3-4 trash cans to be placed around the site, emptied daily or when full.
- Manure disposal.
- Port O-John at location
- Pine logs 4 to 6 inches in diameter; 4 to 6 logs needed per day. (to be used to demonstrate the saw mill)
AREA NEEDED: 150’ x 100” flat area, grass or dirt preferred.
SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN: 2 days set-up; 2 days for tear-down
MILES CAPABILITIES IN 24 HOUR PERIOD: 500 miles (10 hours)
