rhythm sounds saturate the air as breathtaking Bengal
tigers in multi-colors come bounding into the arena. The
trainer greets each of the tigers as they playfully roll
and pounce on each other. Audience laughter is punctuated
with gasps of disbelief as the trainer wrestles, chases,
gets pounced on and licked head to toe by animals weighing
more than a quarter of a ton. With seemingly death-defying
play followed by affectionate hugs and embraces, it becomes
clear that this is no ordinary animal show.
The
Marcan Tiger Preserve's Tigers of India is a
show unlike any other. Hailing from Dr. Josip Marcan's
world renowned Bengal tiger breeding and preservation
program, this show presents these magnificent creatures
in an action packed and heartwarming natural behavior
display designed to not only entertain your guests, but
bring an appreciation for the plight of the critically
endangered Bengal tiger.
In
addition to our 30 minute show, these stunning animals
are on display throughout the day and guests can observe
the trainers interaction with the animals highlighted
by our nightly Feeding Time. Our staff of highly dedicated
and knowledgeable individuals are on hand throughout the
day to interact with guests. Additionally, tigers are
media magnets and our experienced staff is ready and willing
to participate in print media and television interviews
that will help bring people through your gates.
