Hall of Presidents

Learn about our Past Presidents & Founding Fathers

43 “Life of a President“ Wall Panels

Information wall panels are arranged around the perimeter of the main exhibit area to form a “walk of fame” for the presidents. Each panel depicts the official portrait of the president as provided by the White House Historical Society, the highlights of their presidency, significant personal facts about their lives before & after the presidency, a portrait of their “first lady” including highlights of her roll, and other photos or text where appropriate.

Founding Fathers Exhibits

A12 foot wide arch standing on marble columns and reading "Founding Father's Theater" serve as a backdrop to an accurate reproduction of the modern day Presidential podium. An actor portraying one of our past presidents or founding fathers will do a presentation from this podium at least 3 times each day. As an option several actors can rotate. In between their presentations, each actor will roam the exhibit in character, answering questions and providing photo-ops. Choice of actors include Ben Franklin (a founding father and president of Pennsylvania for two terms), George Washington, Abe Lincoln, F.D.R., and others.

Presidential Photo-Ops

Life Size images of several of our past presidents are reproduced so that participants can stand next to them and compare their heights or get a photo.
